How quickly will you receive your goods?
We aim to dispatch all goods within 3/5 working days for those items in stock. For goods that are not in stock, they will be dispatched within 30 working days. Once dispatched delivery can take 5/7 working days.

Delivery charges vary depending upon your location, the value of your order and the weight of the products being delivered.

Mr Muck’s Garden Supplies Ltd
We use national pallet carriers and 3rd party couriers to deliver our products.
Delivery will aim to be between 8 am and 6pm on the selected date.
Pallet & courier deliveries
When we use national pallet carriers and 3rd party couriers to deliver our products, the drivers aim to contact you an hour before delivery to inform you of their arrival, a telephone number is required.
Drivers are instructed to deliver as close to the property as access allows, but only kerbside delivery can be guaranteed. It is not possible to move pallets over loose surfaces such as gravel or grass. We are not able to move our products up inclines, along paths or to rear gardens. Access to sites must be using public highway over which a vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
All pallet deliveries are made using an 18 tonne HGV with tail-lift. In certain areas, we can request a smaller 7.5 tonne vehicle please call us before you place your order to check this is possible .
All goods are delivered on a wooden pallet which is non-returnable.
You must give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule your delivery. Unplanned re-deliveries are charged at £75.00 per pallet.
Orders returned to our depots once the products are in transit will be refunded minus the cost of transport at approx. £75.00 per pallet each way to English destinations (additional charges may apply to Scotland & Wales). Goods must be returned in the state that they were received, shrink wrapped and accessible by a pallet pump truck and vehicle.
Mr Muck’s Garden Supplies Ltd cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to delayed deliveries which are out of our control such as acts of God, accident and traffic delays.
